Arrival/Departure

The rooms are available from 14.00 on arrival. Should you come later than 18.00 we ask for a brief notification. Sunday is our family day but it is possible to arrive then providing you give us previous notification. We kindly ask you to vacate your rooms by 10.00 on the day of departure.

Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass is an advantage card, which is included in the room price.
Included services: Use of all public means of transportation belonging to the South Tyrol Integrated Transport Network: all city
and extra urban buses. Regional trains in South Tyrol. The PostBus Switzerland between Mals /Malles and Müstair. The cable cars to Ritten Renon , Meransen/ Maranza, Mölten/ Meltina, V öran /V e ran o and Kohlern/ Colle. The narrow gauge railway in Ritten /Renon and the cable railway up to the Mendel Mountain. One free admission to about 80 museums in South Tyrol

Deposit

Your reservation is valid as soon as we receive the deposit of 150€ per room within 10 days of your written booking. Please state "deposit" on the bank transfer. E-Bike-Verleih 

If you wish to discover Dorf Tirol/Tirolo and the vicinity on two wheels, you can rent an E-bike from "Tirol Bike". Tirol Bike is open daily, except for Thursdays, from 9-12 and 15-18. We recommend advance reservation by telephone.

Dogs

All rooms are furnished to accommodate dogs (no carpets).  Our four-footed friends may come to breakfast on the terrace but they are not allowed in the breakfast room or on the furniture or in the beds. A quadruped costs 10€ a night.

Catering 

A varied buffet with local produce and diverse home-made preserves awaits you daily from 07.30 to 09.30 in our breakfast room or on the beautiful panorama terrace. For your evening meal you can choose a cosy restaurant or pizzeria in Dorf Tirol. We would be happy to give recommendations.

Prices

Our room prices are per person and night in a double room, breakfast included. In addition there is a local tax per person and night to pay. Children under 14 are exempt).

Surcharge for single room

We require a surcharge of 25-50€ per day for a double room used by a single occupant.

Reductions for children

Children staying in a double room with 2 full-paying adults receive the following reductions:

• up to 5.9 years – free of charge 
• - 50% from 6 to 9.9 years
• - 30% from 10-14 years

Settling accounts

We accept credit cards  (Eurocard, MasterCard, Visa), cash cards, bank transfer and cash.

Cancellations

up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge 
from 14 to 7 days before arrival: a 3-day rate is charged
from 7 days and less: the full price is due
Late arrival and/or early departure: the full price is due
